Two-storey house in Lake Hawea

This custom-designed home in Lake Hawea was created for our longtime friends Michelle and Brodan, with Brodan also taking on the role of builder. The design focuses on simplicity, solar performance, and strong visual connection to the surrounding mountains and lake. Clean lines, natural materials, and original interior details reflect the Minimal Design ethos, resulting in a warm, functional space that fits beautifully into its landscape. We’re excited to see it come to life fully once landscaping is complete.
